Our God is the "King of Nations," setting up kings and removing them from power as He pleases. And He turns the hearts of kings as the rivers of water, whichever was he pleases. Though God allows many nations now to be ruled by ungodly leaders, their time will come to an end, and it will be found that even they, though unknowingly, furthered God's purposes.
